LinkingPets is an Internet site that aims to establish a link between pets through its users, allowing the registration of them and providing a search service by breed to facilitate reproduction. At the same time, it acts as an intermediary between its users and Facebook, allowing them to publish on this social network adding relational information as an added value.


7. Reserved powers

This site reserves all powers of control and direction of the Site, in particular services, content and communications within it. Consequently, this site will be able to introduce all the changes and modifications that it deems convenient in its sole discretion, may add, alter, replace or delete any of the services or content at any time.


8. Use of the services and content provided by the Site

In the event that there is any inconsistency between the Spanish version of the General Conditions of Use and the translated version, the Spanish version shall prevail.


14. Applicable legislation and jurisdiction.

To all legal effects in relation to the services and contents offered or that can be offered on the Site, the legislation in force in the Argentine Republic will be applicable, and the ordinary courts with jurisdiction in the city of Rosario, province of Santa Fe will be competent.
